A quiet undisturbed space
⦁ A workout/ yoga mat to tremor on
⦁ A blanket in case you start feeling cold
⦁ A glass of water for thirst
⦁ A few pillows, bolster, rolled blanket or towel
⦁ Wear lighter comfortable clothes as its difficult to see black clothing

Aftercare Instructions

⦁ Drink more water than usual.
⦁ You may be tired, rest if your body needs it.
⦁ Your muscles may be sore; a warm bath with Epsom salts will help. This usually only occurs the first time you do TRE.
⦁ In the next 24-36 hours, you may experience some tiredness, emotional fatigue, and more shaking. All of this is normal. If anything concerns you, contact your provider directly.
⦁ Watch your dreams tonight.
⦁ Pay attention to your mood.
⦁ If this is your first time with TRE, please wait a couple of days before you shake again. This allows for a full integration of the session.
⦁ For about the first 10-12 sessions (or so), we recommend using TRE no more than 3 times a week and for only for 10-20 minutes.
⦁ Please don’t teach anyone TRE. A TRE Provider has completed a certification process and is trained to teach TRE.
